New Philadelphia Law will Restrict Employers Ability to Inquire About Wage and Salary History.
Effective May 23, 2017, Philadelphia Bill No. 160840, amending Chapter 9-1100 of the Philadelphia Code will restrict an employers ability to ask a job applicant about their salary history.
